The 3T Strada ICR Integrated Headset Spacer Kit & Stem Cap (MPN TK-153T-03, finish CHA153T-BK03) is an OEM replacement part engineered for 3T Strada frames equipped with ICR (Internal Cable Routing). It provides the spacers and upper headset components needed to complete or service the upper headset area while maintaining a fully internal route for brake and shift lines.
ICR systems route hoses and cables through the headset stack and down the fork steerer for a cleaner, more aerodynamic front end. This kit includes the required spacers and the stem cap / preload cap assembly that interfaces with the upper headset components on compatible Strada ICR builds.
Included: headset spacers, stem cap assembly, preload bolt, and two clear plastic routing rings — all as supplied by 3T. Not included: bearings, compression ring(s), or crown race. This is not a complete headset and those components must be reused or sourced separately if needed.
