• Converts I.S. mount (51mm apart center to center holes) frames and forks for use with Post Mount brake calipers (74mm center to center apart holes). 
• If used on a fork it's compatible with 180mm rotors. If used on a frame, it's compatible with 160mm rotors
  
• In theory, it just converts I.S. mounts to a standard Post Mount, so it likely works with other brands of calipers beyond Formula (at buyer's risk). There are so many types of calipers  out there, that we cannot guarantee compatibility.
  
• Includes two bolts only 
• Material: Aluminum
