For Shimano FC-TL10, and other crank pullers meant for square tapered arm use
Inserts into larger bottom bracket spindles larger bolt holes for use with standard bottom bracket pullers meant for square taper only. Without it, using a standard puller would insert into the hole and ruin the threads.
