Condition: New, not in packaging intended for individual retail sale. We receive them in bulk boxes of 250, kit them and send them out. White is a hard color that shows any discoloration. They come in bags, and are as clean as one would expect, but buyer should not expect perfectly clean white grips (we assume you plan on using, getting them dirty anyhow).
